Requirements For Registration

  1. Birth Certificate from the competent authority such as :Panchyat /Nagarpalika / district Hospital / P.H.C./ Nursing Home(recognized).

    • No other certificate from whatever source it be, will be accepted.

    • Date of birth once given shall not be changed on any account what so ever.

  2. The child to be registered must be accompanied with the parents.

  3. Stamp size photographs is to be affixed on the Registration form and interviewship.

  4. Medical certificate regarding physical fitness of child his blood group, vision test, Dental checkup Vaccination states etc. are compulsory.

  5. Registration Depends on availability of seats, admission will be strictly on the basis of the written test /interview/Merit.

The presence of the parents of the student to be admitted is compulsory at the time of admission. No representative will be accepted.


Criteria for Admissions

  1. New Admissions are taken into the school, in the months of February. On the Basis of Interaction and availability of seats. Both parents are required to attend the interaction. The Interaction is communicated to the parents either through notice board or in writing.

  2. A fee of Rs. 200/- is charged for Registration. This amount is non – refundable and no claim should be made if the child does not qualify.

  3. A date of birth certificate from the municipal authorities (for urban areas) and the gram panchayat (for rural areas), must be submitted along the completed admission form for K.G. Classes. this is compulsory and no alternative is accepted.

  4. For classes I upwards, a Transfer certificate from the last school must be attached to the admission form. A provisional date of birth certificate should be submitted at the time of registration.

  5. Transfer cases may be taken at any time of the year provided the case is genuine;subject will be avability of seats.

Notice Regarding Registration

  1. The academic year of the school is from April to March. Admissions are taken in March.

  2. Applications to other classes will be entertained only at the instance of vacancies in that class, which will be announced in 2nd week of February. The process of admission will completed or aboutOn 25th of March and classes will start from 1st April.

  3. The prospectus along with registration form will be available from the school office during
    the prescribed hours and also form school website. The application form can be downloaded from school website (

  4. Registration fees is Rs. 200/-, which is not refundable.

  5. Registration does not GuaranteeAdmission, it will be subject to merit and
    availability of seats.
